The Art of Defending is a 5 part series hosted by Antonio Rüdiger, designed to test the mettle of defenders and showcase the performance of Under Armour's ColdGear against harsh and challenging conditions.
Shot in locations as diverse as the Arctic Circle, the Swiss Alps and the remote Irish island of Inishturk, the series was a logistical challenge to produce - but one that we tackled head on, and the results are something we're immensely proud of.
